BZK Holding Corp. is a Liechtenstein company with its registered office in Vaduz and is part of the international BZK-Group, in which it acts as an investment and financing center for the other BZK Group companies.
By concentrating the management functions and profits of the BZK-Group in a single entity, and by virtue of the holding activities (including financial and investment activities) of BZK Holding Corp. resulting from its shareholdings, the BZK-Group is able to implement a consistent, centralized and simplified investment and financial policy, while at the same time minimizing the economic risks associated with these activities for the BZK-Group.
BZK Holding Corp. enables the BZK Group to create an international base necessary for coordinating expansion in international markets and to combine all major BZK-Group companies into a single company.
The main task of BZK Holding Corp., as the head of the Group, is to ensure the proper and safe distribution of funds within the Group, primarily by using existing sources of financing for the activities of the group companies (in the form of profits of the Group companies themselves and external loans) and by gaining access to new sources of financing (foreign financial markets and foreign capital markets).
Thus, as part of its investment and financing activities, the Company's task is to finance the business activities of its subsidiaries by obtaining, granting and securing financing for their operations and new business ventures.
BZK Holding Corp., as the holding company for the shares of the BZK-Group companies, exercises corporate governance over them and is responsible for the corporate management of the entire BZK-Group, including, in particular, financing and investing in the subsidiaries in accordance with the adopted policy for the economic development of the BZK Group, as well as performing tasks related to the centralization of corporate and financial processes within the Group, such as, among other things, negotiating with international auditors regarding the terms of service for the entire BZK-Group.
