The governing body of BZK Holding Corp. is the Board of Directors, which consists of directors responsible for making key decisions regarding the Company's operations.
The day-to-day business of the Company is managed by the Management Panel, consisting of the Chairwoman of the Management Panel, Ms Justyna Komorowska, and a member of the Management Panel, Mr. Manuel Hutter.

The primary purpose and task of BZK Holding Corp. is to support the BZK-Group in its further development and expansion in the domestic and foreign markets. This includes financing various investment projects and developing modern and sustainable technologies.
