At present, BZK Holding Corp. directly owns 100% of the shares in several Polish companies with high equity capitalization, which have dynamic and growing business activities in such areas as the production of dairy products, the production of biofuels, the production of rapeseed oil for technical purposes and the production of bio-components.
Together with their own subsidiaries, these companies form the main part of the BZK-Group. They are among the most important Polish companies in their respective industries, producing high quality products for the Polish and foreign markets, employing more than 20,000 people, and generating profits that are primarily used to finance the further development of the BZK-Group companies.
As a shareholder in these companies, BZK Holding Corp. has a decisive influence on the activities of the operating companies, which hold assets of considerable value and carry out business development activities. Through its voting rights in the governing bodies of these companies, it has a significant influence on the decision-making process and the direction of their activities, including with regard to their assets.
